Park West @ Sea Run-Around

I was on a cruise in February 2005 and purchased one item from Park West. I was told it would be 6-8 weeks before delivery of my artwork. I was assured that it would be no longer than 8 weeks.

I am now going on 10 weeks, and have been told it may be another 4 weeks by customer service. At that point, I gave them one more week to get my artwork to me -- to no avail.

I am now seeking a refund and being given the run-around. They tell me that it is in the system, but must be "reviewed" and "signed off on" before any refund can be given. They also say if approved, it will take a billing cycle to send it back to my Carnival account (which has been paid off for two months now).

I would warn anyone going on a cruise, unless you want to WASTE A LOT OF TIME in the auctions, going through final billing, waiting for your artwork, and spending time on hold with customer service to avoid this company and enjoy your cruise.

Stiff having difficulty update!

After speaking with customer service several times in one week, I was given approval for a full refund. A week after this, I receive an e-mail that my piece has been shipped by FedEx. I called customer service and she asked if I now wanted it. I told her I would not do business with their company and did not want the merchandise which was sent grossly overdue. We had to refuse the delivery because of this companies terrible service, and are still waiting for our refund to show up on our credit card statement.
