PUMC is a part of the Winter Shelter Network that houses displaced women and children during the winter months from severe weather and other circumstances.

March 13, 2019 was the subject of a bomb cyclone of severe wind, snow and ice weather creating what would could only be described as a Day After Tomorrow. The storm was so bad that Interstate 70 was closed from Tower rd to the Kansas state line.

Multiple pile ups were reported and loads of cars left in the shoulders of interstates all over the city, conditions were so bad. PUMC had pledged to stay open the night of March 13, 2019 in order to give its charges a place to stay. You have to go to a different church every night while being in WSN.

I was at my school Colorado Technical University during the morning and was headed to PUMC for shelter as was discussed with the WSN and the other charges that morning as well as the night before. PUMC stated adamantly they would be open no matter what.

I got stuck in two snow drifts just driving to PUMC. I made it to the church despite it in a two seater smart car with rear wheel drive. I have been homeless for the last 18 months and have all of my possessions in my car. If anything happens to it, my future is over.

I made it to the church and went to go inside expecting people to be there to find the church was empty but the door coincidentally open to my relief cause I no doubt would have frozen and my car would have been stranded.

Only to find out that PUMC chickened out at the last minute despite promising to be open and tried to act as if that was always the plan. WSN tried to blame me for “not checking my phone promptly” and backtracked by saying “they had no idea the storm was going to be this bad.”

Despite already knowing how bad the weather was actually going to be the night before. Keli and Merari of WSN and on behalf of PUMC tried to claim that sending a text to everyone announcing at the last minute the change in plans was enough to cover for the snow.

And then took it one step further in saying I was somehow in the wrong for calling them out for being nothing but unreliable bible thumping idiots who can do nothing but act like chicken s**t when push comes to shove and its time to measure up to what you pledged. I was told that I should watch my attitude if I expect to get any help.

They tried claiming I couldn't stay at PUMC even with cyclone weather because an empty church with heat is somehow going to crumble overnight if a homeless person stays in to keep out of the cold. As if your f**king pillars are more precious than human life.

And because these idiots were to f*cking scared of wind and snow to nut the f*ck up and actually follow through on everything they said they were going to do.

They again act like nothing but f*cking worthless a*s cowards just as they did before and try to use my anger as the culprit and the problem for all of this. All because of they ended up getting called out by the people who actually stuck to their word and made it like they said were going to do (meaning Me).

When its nothing but WSN and PUMCs fault for being nothing but unreliable cowards incapable of sticking to anything they commit too.

Keli and Merari even tried threatening me with canceling the Lyft they had arranged to get me out of PUMC if I didn't cull my attitude and keep quiet about what they just tried to f*cking pull. In Cyclone weather.

To a homeless veteran displaced by unfortunate circumstances. Trapped in horrendous weather conditions when simply making an exception for the night would have bypassed this completely.

And to think, they seriously expected me to be quiet about this. And you all think your Jebbus would somehow approve of this? Since you all love to believe your Jebbus speaks through you, how do you know it wasn't Him who left that door open for me? Knowing I would need it because he could obviously see just what you all intended to do. Don't think Jebbus would have had a problem with it. Ignorant a*s f*cks. Consider this you all kissing my a*s with flying colors.
