Parks Mall In Arlington you die,not our fault Arlington Texas

when i was 5 months pregnant i went to the parks mall with my mom. it was pouring down rain outside and ther was nothing else to do. it didnt start raining again until we were inside. the main escalators were down so we had to take the one in the department stores. as i was walking, i was looking at my mom, the mall has a glass ceiling, all i heard her say was "WATER!"but it was to late. my pregnant butt was already down. i stretched my round ligament and felt like i was going to die because i kinda split when i went down will i was low enough to catch myself

EMTs we called and there were several witnesses. when the mall cop got there and everything had calmed down he told me the escalators were closed because the ceiling was leaking water on them. he said it always leaks. i went to my obgyn and they said they baby was fine but put me on short bed rest. my back was severely injured and at the advice on Jim Adler i went to the chiropractor ever other day.

the mall denies it is their fault and the lose attorney will not fight it. they just rolled over like a neutered dog.i reported Adler and a*s to the bar association and the BBB. i am also reporting the parks and looking for new representation. it took them almost a year to dismiss my case. i am be out to lose my job, they wont reinstate me because my job doesn't not have light duty. and i have no insurance. please boycott the parks mall. i dont want anyone else to go through what i went through. the mall is owned by general growth properties
