HORRABLE EXPERIENCE with Parkside Management Company BE AWARE AND STAY AWAY!!!

Listen, how onsite manager Reginald E. Utt (Parkside Management Company), an onsite property manager at Georgetown of Atlanta Condominiums a.k.a. Atlanta Georgetown Condominium Association Inc. discriminated and humiliated the owner, when owner came to Reginald E. Utt with emergency request to repair the leaking roof with danger of fire. According to the Association's Rules and Regulations the roof is the responsibility of the Association. The water was coming through electricity lines and fixtures to the property with a family of six people including four children, one of them a one year old baby. People's lives were in danger in the largest in the community building. Several years ago 12 units in the same building were condemned because of fire from the same roof. Georgetown of Atlanta Condominiums Board of Directors

1. Owner came to Reginald E. Utt with emergency request.
