Parkwood Lending Group: Lauren Steadman SCAM!!! Don't send these people money! Miami Florida

I applied for a student loan online. I have bad credit so I didn't think anyone would approve me. I got a call from a Lauren Steadman at Parkwood Lending Group and thought all my problems were solved. My husband had just been laid off from his job, we have 2 young children, I'm in school and working my butt off, and this woman was gonna loan us $5,000. She said all I had to do was send the first 7 payments ahead of time b/c it's a secured loan. I told her that I didn't have that kind of money but we were gonna get our economic stimulous check soon and then I could do it. We got our stimulous check on Friday June 20th and I called her. She faxed me the terms of the loan and the agreement to sign and fax back with a copy of my driver's license. Saturday morning I went to the bank and cashed my stimulous check then I went to Walmart to do a money gram b/c Lauren said that was the fastest way to get my money. I sent $820 to a Deborah Gray in Thompson Canada. I called Lauren back with the reference number and my bank account information. The $5,000 was supposed to be deposited into my account on Monday morning. There was nothing deposited on Monday and every time I call the recording says "Hello. Goodbye." I now know that this was a scam and if I had any doubt I don't anymore after reading what others on here have said. Those ppl have my money, my social security number, my address, bank information, and a copy of my driver's license. I filed a report with the FBI internet crime and with RECOL. I'm gonna contact my local police today and close my checking account. We might get kicked out of our house now because of this because we are behind on our house note and now we're also broke. These ppl will pay for this. I will not stop until they do. What gets me the most is that when I was on the phone with Lauren she heard my 2yr old in the background and asked about my kids. I told her that I have 2 boys that are 2yrs old and 3months old and she told me that she has 2 sons as well. How can anyone do that?! Those ppl are gonna have to answer to God one day and I don't feel sorry for them!
