I paid upfront $3,580 for services on a loan modification, when i signed the contract on, 06/13/2009 i filed my modification for two loan ,when i received the first trial plan , i  also received a letter of conclusion of representation  and i called them and ask regarding my second loan,they didn't even know about this, first of all the person who contact me at the beginning was no longer working with them and i was never notified. I never called to rush the process because I totally believed in them ,how can u doubt about a law group who advertised in t v ,and making u believe that they are going to to work in your behalf (first mistake).After a lot of very frustrated calls they just said they can't do anything for me on my second loan and i had to contact myself to the lender.I paid them upfront to do this for me and they didn't do nothing but forward paper something i could have done myself.Now the question is what  can i do, who can i contact i feel so sad i was trying to save my property and now im losing it . Can i go to small claims and get my money back or at least filed a malpractice claim so they can hear that what they are doing is so wrong.
