This company contacted me offering services to modify my loan and provide mortgage loan workout services for my house that was under foreclosure status. Everything seemed legit, they canceled the foreclosure of my home. What they asked for was cash deposited to a bank account. After this my bank began to contact me again about the foreclosure that had been dealt with by this company, I contacted Ricardo to see what was going on and I never got a reply for more than a month. I still haven't heard anything back from the company or him. And they kept a huge amount of money. This company scammed me and commited fraud by saying they would resolve my home foreclosure which never happened. They continue to un-answer my calls and the phone number has been disconnected. I advise anyone to consult with their bank before going to a third-party.
