This is not so much a rebuttal but a buttressing of all the complaints.

Joe Mori is a fraud and he has accomplices one of whom is a woman called Tamra Mori ( may be his wife or sister or a relation). The one who seem to be defending him here is a liar and an accomplice. Another said that he does not give a small loan, they are all together and for all you know he is using an assume name to defend himself.

Joe Mori and his accomplices worked together so well to scam and defraud people. His phone number is  845-809-201 and Tamra's phone number is 215-646-5175. Another one is Dominic 860-488-1800 , Dixon-914-426-5811. They are a team but the head is JOE MORI.  Partner Care Funding is their company that they use to pertrate their fraud. He would tell you he has a bond, collect 10% of whatever he promises to lend you and he will strting promising closing dates , then stories of he is out of town, he is waiting for his attorney but you would never get any attorney come on to say he  is representing him.

Joe Mori has been arrested for fraud, for forging signatures ETC. BUYERS BE WARE.  JOE MORI IS A CROOK!

He even defrauded a church that I once represented and till date he has not refunded their $19,000 for a $1.9 million "bond" that he later claimed was coming from England. If you wake him from sleep, he would tell you he is making ararngement to close but that he is out of town and once he is back, his "attorney" would set up the closing. He is waiting for you to loose your contract.

Any of you want to sue him? Get in touch.  Any of you need a witness to his fraud, call my office. Joe Mori should be locked up and the key thrown away, that is how serious his mortgage fraud is.

Together, we are funding a difficult business situation that no one else could get done.

Personally, I feel that this site is destructive, and there should be a better way to resolve our differences.

We have not received a deposit from this person and because of this, the loan was not funded.

And the comment that we have hundreds of deals, that is not true.

The reason why is simple.. I have a group of parties that I know of that all have

experienced the same outcome of nonperformanced by certain parties mentioned in this article posting.

I am aware of over one hundred people looking for Mr. Mori to perform. Regardless of the amount of the loan in question, HE HAS NOT PERFORMED for any one of them. Some of these loans are not small. Go ahead and attach a scrubbed closing statement from him, chances are you cannot, and you will soon be added to the list that we are on. He takes some time? We are soon looking at our one year birthday of submitting our documents. The money is soon to arrive? You are already on the list!

I believe your blaming the wrong person here. I have been doing business with Joseph Mori for about 2 years now. Granted things take a while to get done, Joseph never stole my money and it was a whole hell of a lot more than what your saying you lost. It seems to me that this James McBride individule might be your culprate. Something I find fishy is that your talking about getting loans under a million dollars and I know for a fact that Joseph wouldn't waste his already stretched, limited time with something so small. $5M and up is what he told me, i tried to submit a friends project to him and he simply had to pass on it because it was too small and it was a few million alone. A lot of things Im reading here do not add up. The biggest thing is this middle man and his fees. I do not know of him but that doesnt matter because I dont not work for Partnercare. I do know this: I do business directly with Partnercare, speak to Joseph several times a week, have seen proof of this recent round of money that is getting ready to go out and last: DIDNT LOOSE A DIME TO HIM. I say this to you, after all of these slanderous allegations,  I hope Joseph seperates himself from Mr. McBride and his clients because I know how busy he is and cant imagine he would want to defend himself against people involved in projects that are simply beneath him and the kind of money he deals in. You are more than welcome to contact me back on here but I dont have much else to say to you.
