This company helped me obtain funding (lease) through a 3rd party on two different occasions.  On both occasions I was told that I could purchase the equipment at end of the lease for $1.  I was able to do so on one of the leases.  In Jan/Feb '17 we noticed money being debited from our account.  We called the company because lease had been paid.  They refused to honor the $1 promise because it wasn't in the original documentation.  We have asked on two occasions for proof that they were given permission to electronically debit money from our account.  They have failed to respond.  This is a two part issue.  We are looking to resolve this issue with the original terms. Refund of improperly debited money from 2017 and honor agreement as promised (and as done with previous lease).
