Partners in Grime Cleaning (Lisa Borello) Doubled Estimate & horrible cleaning Tucson Az

I first contacted Lisa in early July to do a deep clean at my daughter’s house. After discussing the number of rooms & "1-10 scale” of cleanliness (which I was honest about) she provided me a quote of $200 and a date the following week & she told me she would call me if the price would change after she saw it in person. She proudly told me they clean doors, fans, walls, light switches...a DEEP clean. Lisa cancelled & rescheduled with my daughter for two weeks later. Lisa cancelled and rescheduled for the next Monday. My daughter then requested to wait until Saturday because she was holding a birthday party the next day & figured after all that time she could just have a super clean house, ready for guests. Lisa arrived at 8am, repeatedly told my daughter how dirty her house was & said it would be $400 instead & never contacted me as we had arranged.

Because my pregnant daughter was throwing a party the next day & had been waiting on a cleaner for over a month, she told her to go ahead for the $400. [continued below]....

..... (Would like to add that Lisa made numerous requests not to let her helper know the job cost, as she pays her hourly. Which is a shame, because the only rooms that actually got cleaned were the two bathrooms that Maria did) They were there for exactly two hours (with several breaks) and left. I went over to help my daughter decorate that day at 3:00pm and was appalled. The floor wasn’t even mopped! I immediately texted Lisa with my concerns and provided pictures. She replied very unprofessionally & told me they were never going to do walls, baseboards, fans, etc. - I requested a partial refund or an actual $400 cleaning. My last text was a picture of the VERY dirty floor & asking if mopping was extra too. I haven’t heard back. Their cleaning standards are horrible and she is very, very unprofessional. Stay clear of this "Company”
