Parts Boulevard & Baxter Auto Parts & Performance Warehouse & Auto Value & Mike Halvorson Sells parts thru Amazon under various names listed and possibly more.
Based at 94444 - N Whitaker Rd., Portland, Oregon and sells through many names on Amazom.com (which handled the problem well).
Sends out defective and/or knowingly incomplete parts, then in order to not get them back or refund, demands that buyer pays cost to return !
Then, THEY only, get to make the decision as to the part being defective or missing parts. Then you will have to pay new shipping to yourself to get old part back !
File a complaint and Mike will make poorly veiled threats by typing in all CAPS and now playing a 'guido' by calling you "FRIEND"
If you buy online, your credit card company will NOT protect you due to online sales rules !
Multiple Internet and Oregon stores.
Baxter Auto has State of Oregon consumer protection complaint on record. Not mine !
