Parts Co, Auto Parts Train.com i ordered some auto parts off there web site almost a year ago they charged my credit card never sent the parts and have not refunded me ripoff Los Angelas California

I ordered a fender and mirror for a total of 150.00 on july 14 2003. I waited 2 weeks and never recieved them. They charged my credit card for the parts but never sent them. I then called and spoke to maria to cancel my order around the middle of august and was told it was canceled and I would recieve a check in the mail.

I waited another 2 weeks and calle them back. I spoke to a manager named steve who told me the order was never canceled and they would ship the parts out that week. A week went by and still no parts. I have been playing phone tag with the company trying to get a refund but keep getting told manager steve has the check and he will send it to me. Its been almost a year and I would like to get my money back please.
