Placed order online (invoice # 4344) on or about 15 May 2003. $310.48 charged to American Express. NUMEROUS calls and emails to determine delivery date. Numerous responses: "will arrive tomorrow", "will ship on monday", "it's on it's way" and on and on. Emailed approx. 30 August 2003 requesting refund. NUMEROUS call to request refund. "will be done today", on managers desk, will call you today", and on... TODAY: 4 November 2003. No Action.
