Parts For Scooters - Scooter Catalog Liars and Thieves Offered Refund for Wrong Product Shipped but Refused to Provide Refund Internet Internet

After one good experience with this company, I bought another part (air filter tube) for my scooter from this company. As the description was a bit vague, my comments on the order, in the space provided, were to please be sure to send the right part for my bike. The part they sent was wrong. I brought this to their attention, and they said to simply return it and they'd refund my money. Easy enough, I sent it back the next day. They received it a couple of days later, confirmed by USPS delivery confirmation. I e-mailed them a couple of days later to inquire about the status of my refund and they stated that they'd process it. They never did. I was stolen from by these people. I have found other parts dealers that are actually reputable and honest, unlike this one.
