After incorrectly ordering a part from this website, we immediately attempted to cancel the order.  Phone calls are not answered, emails are not promply returned.  We were told that it is impossible to cancel an order once made.  A 15% restocking fee is how they make their money in this case.  Do not expect to be dealt with in a fair manner.

Once the request to return the part was sent in, we received a notice of intent to send the required RMA number.  A day later another email was sent requesting an additional 48 hours to receive the RMA number.  They request that you don't bother them when they don't send that for 4-5 business days.  This is a blatant attempt to extend the return process beyond the 30 day return limit.  So, now that it's been almost two weeks since the original order with no RMA, I'm asuming we will need to continue with this farce of a return policy in order to recover about half the original part cost due to two way shipping and restocking fees.

I have rarely dealt with such poor customer service.  This company should be held accountable for their deceitful and horrible business dealings.  They are able to get away with this due to a prominant search result and naive customers who have relatively little to gain by standing up to this sort of action.  While their actions may be covedred by NJ contract law, they are a company to avoid at all costs.  Save yourself the time, money, and pain by ordering from a company with a better reputation for treating their customers right.
