partsguy.com paid for parts i never recieved traverse city Internet

ordered parts from this company on 7-6-2015,i was informed the part i needed was on 2 week back order,i said that was okay i could wait.on 7-23-2015 my credit card was charged for the part i ordered and shipping. as of 8-25-2015 the part has not been delivered.on 8-14-2015 i called partsguy requesting information on my order,they said they would check out the problem and call back.that has not happened yet.i have tryed repeatly to contact partsguy.com but they will not answer their phone.i think they must use caller id to scan their calls.if you need hvac parts try another company.

We have no way of knowing what order this refers to. We don't normally charge a credit card until an item ships, and if the order runs into an issue we refund it. Sometimes issue occur, but without more detail we can't make sure this has been resolved.
