I ordered my parts late thursday evening, and promptly received a confirmation email.
3 business days later, i had not receieved a tracking number, so i called them up to ask about it.

The three people i talked to were extremely short and quite rude. In the end however, they told me that the warehouse hadnt forwarded the tracking number yet, but promised that the items would arrive within 5-7 business days.

On the 7th day, i hadnt received any items, or a tracking number, so again i called them.
This time around, they told me that the item was out of stock, and was being processed. I asked them to cancel the order, and she said that it was to far along to cancel, because the product could have been shipped.  That evening, i received an email with the tracking number. Supposedly to arrive on wednesday.

Today, the UPS man dropped a small package at the front door, inside was the front brake pads for my car. Which is fantastic, but I ordered brake pads for the rear as well.

On the phone with customer service again, i was told that my rear pads would be arriving today, and proceeded to give me the tracking number of the package that had just arrived. Once i got ahold of the manager, he figured out that the rear pads had not been shipped yet, and would not ship for another 3 days.

Its now been two weeks since I ordered the parts, and only half of them have arrived. The promises of the associates have been broken, and my patience has worn thin.

I told the manager that i was canceling my order, and returning the products i had received. I made it clear that if they were not quick about it, i would be filing fraud on the charge from my credit card.

In todays economy, i feel that customer service is the number one priority of a company. I am now going to spend more at another company to get this product simply because i want to deal with a company that doesnt lie.
