I paid Party Ponies (the seller) for a product I purchased off of their Ebay Store on 11/20/2009. It was noted by seller to give them 6 to 9 business days for shipment, then it was added later the shipment would arrive between Nov 30 and Dec 1. It has been 16 days since I paid, 10 of those days were business days. There was no indication on Ebay until 12/05/09 (today) that the item had been shipped, and there was no communication from the seller regarding the shipment. I received a USPS tracking number TODAY (12/5/09) that has no shipping details associated with it as the package has yet to be picked up or taken to the USPS. After making a phone call to the business number that I place to address my concerns regarding the transaction, that I placed at 11:00pm. I received this in my email
Your item has shipped. You would have received that information more quickly if you had called during business hours, and were sober. An apology would be acceptable.- rrr1234poniesponies
I informed her that I NEVER drink alcohol and of my situation: losing my husband earlier this year to a drunk driver, having a full time job, and three children; a son on his 2nd tour to Iraq with the Army, an 18 year old, a 2 year old and a grand baby. By the time I get through the door feed the girls dinner, play with my 2 year old and give her a bath I am exhausted beyond belief...hence causing me to sound drunk on the voice message I left the business. I really tried to be patient, but last night I couldn't take it another day. I looked at the response profile and noticed that many other customers have been satisfied and received their items quickly, even those customers that placed their orders on or near Thanksgiving received their orders very quickly. I made a phone call to the Seller at 11pm because I can't use the phone at work for things of this nature, and it was the first chance I had to make a call or even deal with this order. I left a negative response/feedback on Ebay as I have not yet received my order. I did receive an answer from the seller sometime near 3:35am. This type of remark was also left in my Ebay feedback. Here are some other messages I received from the store.
"We have your phone message saved. Please do not communicate with us anymore. You are an embarrassment."
Seller's note:
"This Buyer is dealing with many problems, and does not seem rational. We have a telephone message and emails reflecting a customer we do not care to deal with, and will not be responding anymore. This order was processed within the 10 business days stated, and we were not contacted until a message was left last evening at 11:00 pm."

Liz Couch placed this order on 11/20/09, using the ebay auction site, item number 170409508788. Our description states shipment in 10 business days. This order was processed in 9 business days and out for pickup on 12/05/09, with the USPS label tracking number 9405503699300061345477. During the space of just a few hours (night of the 4th, morning of the 5th) we received telephone messages and emails of an unstable nature. After discussing the harassment with ebay, we were advised to cancel the order, which we did. The time frame was: 11/20 order placed. 12/05 out for shipment. 12/05 label canceled, order pulled from pickup. 12/05 Refunded total purchase price, PayPal transaction number 6X7096230F644673C
Ms Couch is obviously dealing with some issues, we wish her a better future.
