Party solvers Horrible and Boring service Ridgewood New York

 I am completely discussed with party solvers! First a $50 deposit Second, money up front! Crappy contract cause they know they suck people who contract them not only have to pay for there service but supply everything they need. Example table chair music electric.... like what kind of entertainment if I have to help them entertain. Ordered them from website looks amazong but like they say everything that shines Isnt GOLD. So I order the clown for August 30 they call me August 23 to confirm They will be there in an hour had to tell the lady that she had the wrong date. Ok fine everyone makes mistakes. Then the actual day of the party I get no confirmation call they are late! And jump right into pay us before we start,' do u have a table a chair and start face painting? ?? Like where is the entertainment??? They say non scary clown so I would have expected maybe light makeup cute dress big shoes you know A CLOWN. Instead I got a young lady with regular clothes and a cheap and crappy dress over her clothes. they had a cheap looking bose speaker connected to there iphone i mean fine i guess, played limbo 20 times and hot potatoe. I ordered cotton candy machine but since i didnt read their crappy contract and my party was in a park i couldnt cotton candy no electric. but THEY STILL CHARGED ME!!they told me they can replace the cotton candy for a limbo game??!! Listen I can go on and hours they make there website made out to be something they really aren't they are over priced and extremely BORING. I would love a refund of something I have to pay before I see... granted their contract says provide then they send u a contract after a non refundable fee .. like what if I don t like the contract or the fact that I might have to provide ever d**n thing u need u still made ur days worth cause u charged me a fee of $50 just a plan rip offf!!!! And I will make them known as the WORST Clown business ever!!!
