partznow.com mr. carter vertually stole 800.00 from me internet Illinois

 well almost 2 monthes ago i was trying to get a very hard to find outomatic transmission for a reialta moble home as i am a vw tech.  after several attemts i including other places charging me for trans just to find out several days later they really didnot have it and couldent get it but they after a while gave refund   so when i called partznow.com they said they had it for sure i even asked several times to check the trans code to be sure yes they said its it for sure and was under 60000 miles so naturally i said i wanted it they said 2000 dollars ship incl + 1 yr. war.so i went and gave my credit card # and then they said they needed a check # so they coul put max 0f 300 on a check red flag so i asked to speak to owner mr carter who said it was companny pollicy and they prob would put it all on card and possibly 300 check and 1700 on card i was so desperate at this point that i did it   well several day later when i was expecting part my wife called me upset saying they wrote themselves a check for 800 i said i was upset bbut as long as cost adds up to 2000 its ok 2 days later i called and mr carter informed me that they did not have it and was sorry and i said i told you to check you lied then i told him he also lied about the chech which he opoligized and said they did not charge my card i stopped charge thats why  but said i would send 800 right away well after a bbb complaint and many calls to mr carter all lies its on the way it must have got lost in mail etc. i need my money and this man and this company is a joke please help  now will not answer phone i would also like to say i never cussed this man out or direspected him in any way even tho i wanted bad. he is a lier and a theif
