PASCHALLS TRUCKING/ MURRAY, KY. PTL TRUCKING NOT RELEASED WITHIN 30 DAYS FROM DR. GOT ME FIRED/BACKLOGGED MY FIRING/CUT OFF MY INSURANCE SO NOTHING WAS COVERED MURRAY, Kentucky

Worked for PTL (Paschells Trucking) in Murray, Ky. since 8-1-2012 and was terminated on 3-5-2013.

Went to the Dr. at uk hospital in Lexington. He performed an operation and I was not released to go back to work within the 30 days ptl expected. I told them on 4-4-2013 and gave them updates as to everything.And they recieved faxes from urology. So they fired me, and backlogged my firing to 3-5-2013. When I was actually still employed on 4-4-2013. In other words they cut off my insurance on 3-5-2013. They took alot out of my paychecks each week but when it came to going to the dr. they cut it off. So I would have no coverage. I did not seek any money but expected my paid for insurance to cover expenses. They said that they cover me for 30 days. But, since I wasnt back to work within the 30 days they didnt cover anything. I called twice to PTL for copies of documents on coverage to Charlotte in insurance, and she hung up on me twice and refuses to give me anything. This companys promised to pay me 34 cents per mile and when I looked on the checks, its also, 33 cents for alot of the miles. This company stinks. And it should be illegal to fire someone with 7 months of work, with paid up insurance,  to fire them when your just over their 30 day limit. Its not my fault that something happened to me. And then they stick me with the medical bills. And backdate my release. They stink.
