Pasco Hernando State College High Pressure phone call offering free trainng disc that became a paid service for $550 Port Richey Florida

In November 2007, I was hard at work receiving phone calls from college staff personnel, organizing my new college safety officer position, writing safety training programs, etc when a high pressue sales guy from Irvine (I know these dirt bags & Irvine because I left Southern California seven years before this guy called me) and would not take "no" for an answer about selling me one of his training programs.  He insisted on sending me one of his "free" discs.  To make a long story short, I received the disc reviewed it and sent it back.  He in turn sent me a a bill.  I then complained to Jerry Brown's office who was then Attorney General.  The Attorney General's office filed a complaint with Wumbus president who actually called me to apologize for the high pressure tactics saying that is not the way they are supposed to operate.  As you can see from this person's story, that is the ONLY way they know how to operate.
