The owner of this company, Lili Patch, is extremely malicious and has launched an Internet campaign against my business simply because there was a pricing mistake on my web site. I corrected the pricing error one minute after she told me about it, but she insisted that I sell the product to her at the price that was shown (it was only a difference of $8.00). The price appeared correctly in 3 other places on my web site, but she
insisted on focusing on the one place where it was incorrect.
The pricing error on my web site was an oversight and a mistake - there was no deception intended. I refused to sell her the product at any price because it was clear that from the outset she was determined to get the product for the price that was printed as a mistake, threatening me with an Internet campaign against my business, the BBB and the NJ Attorney General's office.
She has now launched an Internet campaign against my business, forcing me to waste more of my valuable time trying to defend an innocent mistake. I have been in business for nearly 12 years and have a customer base of hundreds of extremely satisfied customers.
I would suggest that everyone steer clear of doing any sort of business with this person. She sells sex toys for a living at her web site www.passionathome.com.

Copyright Infringement

While the customer service of www.websitelabels.com is clearly in need of an overhaul and educated in the art of customer service and retention, there is a bigger issue at hand. While Lili Patch is an independent consultant for Passion Parties she is allowed to purchase PP logod items from approved vendors. www.websitelabels.com is currently selling items with the Passion Party Logo. All logos for PP are copyrighted and illegal to use for profit without the permission of the license holder - that holder being Passion Parties. Lynne of www.websitelabels.com expressly states above that she has only sold about 10 orders to these sex toy selling women in the last 11 years. My question is has Passion Parties given legal permission to www.websitelabels.com to create promotional items for profit? If they have not been given permission, they are conducting business in an illegal way. If they have been given permission, then Passion Parties should be made aware of the slander this company is posting and should remove copyright permission immediately.
The time of The Customer is always right seems to be gone, but in retrospect even Wal-Mart a company that is known all over the world would have sold the items at the advertised price upon notice of the mistake!

websitelabels Lynne,
You already admitted that it was wrong on your website- you say "it was only one page" however that was your HOMEPAGE - ya know the one everyone sees first. You try to make it sound all innocent "it was a mistake" - right it was, and you should honor your mistake, because that is what the law states. I did refresh my page several times, and I even opened it on an entirely different computer hours after you said you changed it- the price was the same. As a business owner myself I would have honored my "mistake" because it is the right thing to do. I have not done anything to your business - YOU HAVE! You have berated, name called and done every insulting thing possible not only to myself but to others as well since this happened, i never threatened anyone, I did what I said I would do, and have every right as a CONSUMER to do. You simply do not want to be accountable for your actions at all- so who is acting like the child here? Not to mention this post is totally against the law- called Liable, you simply created this report because you were mad at me as a CONSUMER for reporting that you would not honor your advertised price, then without even trying to work it out, or be professional, canceled my order. This is what consumers do when they have a bad experience with a company. You then wrote a false report on my business, when my business has nothing to do with this. How can you file a a consumer based report when you are not and have never been a customer of mine, although I am really starting see you definitely need to get rid of a lot of ruthless animosity and could benefit from some of our goodies. So you are running the smear campaign, not me. I would have been civil with you had you at least been professional or tried to at least treat your customers well instead you just canceled my order then degrade what I do for a living..like selling pens is this higher standing of living or something - come on!

What Bothers Me Most About This Report.
AUTHOR: Passion Parties - (United States of America)

I'm posting to this report becuase I am also a Passion Parties Consultant and the think that bothers me the most about this hole report is not the money, or who ripped who off. I can see mistakes being in made I do them as well from time to time. Though like in this case with my party over the weekend I lost $20 becuse I missfigured a total. Is that the customers fault no it was mine. So I just take the loss and more on.
The thing that bothers me the most about this report is the fact that she stated bad mouthing my company as a hole. If you have a problem with one person you don't take it out on a company as a hole. I for one like many other sensual product consultants am very very proud of what I do. I don't sell sex toys... I help women find there inter sensual selves so that they may be happier in there own bodies. Products and companies like ours have saved many many marragies and has helped women be more confadent. Not many people can say "hey i sold some great couples products to a customer and she gave me a call later on telling me that her and her partner have started a fire back in there relationship."
I personaly am one of those people. I was looking at leaving my husband becuase there was not sparks between us any more. I came across Passion Parties and gave there products a try and now we are still together and very happy. I then desided that I wanted to take part in this and help women going through the same thing. Couples need companies like ours, do they need companies like yours? Our company can save marragies and keep families together can your?
To all you fellow Passion Party consultants and any other sensual product company out there I'm so excited about our products and you should be too. Keep your head held high and remember we are the ones that up smiles back into peoples lives.

More Lies, More Malice and More Spite from Lili
AUTHOR: websitelabels.com - (United States of America)

EXAMPLE #1 - LYING DECEIT:
She claims that the shipping would be free on a $100 order. WRONG!
As shown clearly on every page of my web site: "FREE SHIPPING ON ORDERS OVER $100"
That's right. Orders OVER $100. It doesn't say "$100 or over." It says over $100. The total cost of her order would have been $112.00. The $100 order would have had a $12 shipping charge.
She has decided to ruin my business, my name and my reputation over $8.00!
Again...this wasn't about the money on my part. I don't need customers like the malicious Lili. The red flag went up the minute she told me that she made a print out of the page that contained the incorrect price...and that is why I canceled her order. It definitely was not about the money. It was a matter of principle. I apologized about the incorrect price and I corrected it, but she had to whine and have her way.
EXAMPLE #2 - DECEIT:
She also neglects to mention that she had to pay at least $12.00 shipping when she ordered from the company who sold her the pens for 22 each. More deception.
How much did you pay for shipping on that order, Lili? Why don't you mention it?
Did that company post a layout of your pens within 1 hour of you placing the order for free? Why don't you mention that either? I'm guessing that you have no idea of how your pens are going to be printed, and you won't know until they are delivered.
I feel sorry for the person who took your order, because you will probably complain to them about your pens and demand a refund because they don't look as good as the pens you have received from my company in the past.
EXAMPLE #3 - MALICIOUS BEHAVIOR:
The malicious and spiteful Lili has also recruited all of her sex toy selling friends into sending me harassing e-mail messages. My inbox has been flooded with messages from Lil's Passion Party friends claiming that they were going to place an order from my company, but now they never will.
I have only received about 10 orders from these sex toy selling women over the past 11 years, but now, all of a sudden, they were all "thinking about" ordering pens from my company.
Warning to everyone - DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS WOMAN. She is malicious and spiteful and she has to have her way...or there will be hell to pay.

Lili has shared all of the communications between herself and Lynne Ziobro from websitelabels.com. Lili was only trying to understand why she was charged $20 more than the advertised price, and wanted to know why Lynne Ziorbro wouldn't honor the advertised price.

#3 REBUTTAL Owner of company
websitelabels.com is dishonest and deceitful
AUTHOR: Lili - (U.S.A.)

Thankfully I have already purchased my pens through a different company at a better price- at only .22 cents a pen vs her .24 cents- so I encourage anyone looking for promotional items to PLEASE KEEP LOOKING and do not wast your time and frustration with this company - the only reason she posted this was to get back at me for complaining about her false advertising and to get her links on this page.
Lynne is being completely dishonest with regard to her post. the first lie would be the shipping. It clearly stated on the website all shipping was free for order's $100 and up- you can reference the image of the website that I uploaded with my original post: http://www.ripoffreport.com/On-Line-Stores/websitelabels-com/websitelabels-com-Lynne-Ziobro-98DC3.htm
So there would not have been a $12 charge, so the actual difference was $20 in price. She did not fix the price right away either it was till showing on the home page over 2 hours later... She never refused to sell me product at any price, it was not until I called her on the advertised price that she decided to cancel my order, and I will post our email communication as follows:

name: Lili Patch
comments: I just purchased the new bic pens from you, and on your home page it says: "Bic Style Pen
Great Price! 500 for $100" then when I click on it to order it
the price is 500 for $120. I did order them but I feel that it is not
right for you to advertise one price on your home page then charge you
a different price.

Ok, but I think it the right thing to do here would be to honor your

I have ordered from you several times in the past and I just don't
think that's good for customer retention.

Wow, I will be reporting you to the NJ attorney Generals office and to
online complaint boards. I also looked you up on the Better Business

you treat any customer- especially an existing customer. There is
always a trickle down effect from actions like this- I can order pens
from anywhere- However you cannot run a business without customers.

Go ahead, I printed the page- I have it right here and every corresponding email between you and I as evidence- which I will also send in my complaint to the AG's office. I have every right to complaint about you falsely advertising prices on your website. So you make sure you tell your attorney that you would not honor your advertised price too.
and maybe you should look at the overall picture here you are losing a customer, getting bad word of mouth and stirring up all this trouble for $20 bucks.
Good luck with that

The fact that I do in home parties for women is irrelevant and now she is just saying anything she can to try to make herself look like she is not at fault. Since then Lynne has emailed not only myself but my colleagues and called them rude nasty names which I cannot even post here because they are to Vulgar. However If rip off report allows me to I will in a heartbeat. Lynne Ziobro is the most unprofessional person and should not be dealing with customers at all!

LILI DID NOTHING WRONG
AUTHOR: Kristyn - (Canada)

I also have seen the email that this lady sent to Lili and it is disgusting! Who runs a company like that? She had the wrong price listed, and the difference was $20, and when you are running a small business in this economy, that is a lot of money! She posted the wrong price, and she should have to stand by that! She didn't want to handle the situation in a mature and amicable manner, she just canceled the order, and then sent disgusted emails. I am absolutely disgusted by this woman, and her business practices.

Do not listen to this woman who put up this report. I seen the response to Lili's email from her and they were childish. This women said and I quote in the email "If I buy a d***o from you will you shove it up your butt for me? How much do I need to send?" All Lili was trying to do was get her items for the price that they were advertised for. Not to to have this kind of thing done to her.
