Passlu.com I am being erroneously charged for a monthly fee of a company that doesn't even seem to exist. Internet Nationwide

For two months, my credit card company has billed me $38.99 for a service I've never asked for nor recieved. The transaction box says that it is from PASSLU.COM 8669055126 US9543793280.

I thought it was strange right away, as I don't really ever buy anything off the internet, only a pair of earrings from a very reputable jewelry website. In fact, I rarely use the credit card except for emergencies.
Confused, I tried to contact the website to find out what item or membership I was paying for, however the only Google hit I got was a scam report that led me to this website. I'm even more enraged at my credit card company's indifference to the situation. I didn't expect to recieve a bill, and didn't even know I was being charged on this card untill I recieved a late fee.
Counting the late fee and two months of charges, I have lost over $100 and will have to cancel my credit card to escape this rediculous scam.
