PassPets Sold me a dog with extended warranty that is sick now and they closed store with no notice. Springfield Illinois

My mother bought a dog and paid for an extended warrenty for the dog. Not even two weeks later, she went back to the mall where she had purchased the dog and the pet store, Passpets, was closed Now the dog is sick. they have only had it for a month and a half and have had to take the dog to the vet more than five times now. There was no notice of the store closing, and now, no way of contacting anyone in association with the store. She is now paying on a loan for the dog that includes this extended warrenty that is more or less worthless. Please write a report on ripoff report if you have any information on how to get in touch with someone from passpets.
