Juliana was right in her complaint of 8/17/2005. I checked my Credit Card and found 3 charges from Passport to Fun after placing an order with Vista Print in August. Passport to Fun charged me in September, October and November. I immediately called my Master Card and they removed the three charges and said they would not allow any charges from this company to my account in the future. They must have a "hit list" of companies that they will immediately remove charges for and they must have been on this list. I had no problems being credited from the credit card for these charges.
She is right - PassPort to Fun in CT 888-840-6303 never answers their phone. Vista Print did though and said that when the pop-up for a discount appears online "you are automatically enrolled" in Passport to Fun, whether or not you complete the pop-up. That's not right!!
