PASSPORT TO TRAVEL PTS It has been 6 weeks since I have tried to get our "FREE" air and cruise. so far, I am out 104.95 dollars, and they want to charge me 600+ per person!!! Tampa, Florida

I asked for my initiation code on Jan 9, at that point, they sent me the cuise list, it was all nice and dandy. After I chose what cruise we wanted, they did not get back to me until I had to send a couple of reminder emails.... it took about a week.
Once I got the quote, it was for 595.00 per person.... for our FREE AIR AND CRUISE...on top of the 100 dollars that we sent!.
My initial email to them was asking them to quote me for me, my husband, and to also quote me for my kids.
They never got to me after that, until I had to email them a couple of other times, by this time it has been 3 weeks.
When they gave me THAT quote, they were charging me $20 more per person!

I expressed my frustration in a polite and professional manner at all times, and ask them what they could do...
After a few more days, they got back to me saying that the cruise I was getting quoted for was "SOLD OUT"....
At this point, it has been 4-5 weeks, and I am 104.95 short and I have no vacation travels booked for me and my family....
SOOOOO frustrating.
