Patient Care Transport Ross Barr False Employment!! Woodland Hills, California

I have been driving for this company since November 2012 and have yet to see a payment. I did do a search prior to my first assignment and there were no negative remarks to be found so I believe this to be a new scam. They take advantage of people looking to earn a living, do not fall for it! I was prepared to wait 30 to 60 days for my first check, but it has been much longer than that and I just get the run around! I also believe that the drivers could very well be considered employees, not independent contractors under California law and will contacting the labor board along with the IRS. All drivers need to get together to make sure they do not get way with this and hopefully get the money owed to us. We need to organize! (((REDACTED)))
