Patmont Motor Werks Go-Ped , Steven J. Patmont I was Seriously injured by a new defective tire on a Go-Ped (Patmont Motor Werks) Minden , Nevada

Sept. 2002 I went for a ride on a Go-Ped .Their was a new Tire/Wheel assy. on the rear of the Go-Ped . The tire Had About 3 hour use. While I was riding the Go-ped the new tire on the rear ripped apart. This caused me to be thrown off the Go-Ped.
I tryed to catch myself with my right hand . The impact caused my right elbow joint to explode and my radius bone to break in two. I have had two major operations both having to open me up about 18in. each time. I am a candidate for a prosthesis. I was told by the specialist that I should wait as long as I can for the prosthesis, becuase this type of prosthesis is rare and primative. The reason is that the elbow is the strongest joint in the body and does not normally break. I live in pain evey day and will contnue for many year.
Law suits on my behalf have been filed. There has been testing on the tire stating that there is a defect in the tire. As of today Patmont Motor Werks (Go-Ped)(Steven J. Patmont) has not compensated me due to their defective product. Patmont Motor Werks Has not hired proper representation in my state. Patmont Motor Werks have not turn over their insurance info. I am told by my representation that Patmont Motor Werks hangs up on his call , they curse him out and they also make coments like good luck. 
My repesentation is wanting to witdrawl from my case because he says he taken it as far as he can. I am looking for a law firm or someone that is familiar with Patmont Motor Werks  to help me in this matter.
I WOULD NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM PATMONT MOTOR WERKS OR ANY GO-PED DEALER. PATMONT MOTOR WERKS (GO-PED)(STEVEN J. PATMONT) IS A BAD COMPANY.PATMONT MOTOR WERKS DOES NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCT!!!!!
