Patricia Ann Berry Racist and Crazy Scares Children put a fence on my property Ripoff Gainesvile Georgia

Ms. Berry put a fence 2 andd 1/2 feet on to my property it is clearly on my property accordind to the property marker and 2 of her 11 dogs attacked my son animal control came and took the dogs because of the leash law in our county and we requested she move her fence to her property so we could enclose our property with a chain link fence to keep her and her dogs out of my property and keep my kids out of the road. She refused and she did not even appologize for her dog attacking my child she said that we were in the wrong neighborhood and we were the wrong color for this neighborhood that we should watch our a** and that she would take my dog to the humaine society when I am not looking so we said if they refuse to move the fence we would do it for them she said that would be our A** m*****FU**** better watch out all with my kids standing right there I said dont curse in front of my kids she said it again but louder. I have 2 police reports against her and the people that used to live here had the same problem as does the lady behind me the bad thing is this lady works as a substitute teacher in this county and she has had complaints from people before me and nothing was done I am shocked and horrified that they can allow this person around children I dont want her anywhere near my kids.But I cant have her arrested unless I get her on camera doing this stuff even though my 5 kids all under 8yrs are scared and seen it all and my 7 yr old autistic child is very upset and dont understand I just got over kidney failure from lupus and I dont need the stress so what if she makes good on her threats and someone gets hurt I am scared she is mentally unbalanced. I have wittnesses
