Patricia E. (or) A. Robertson (or) Michelle L. Black (or) Michelle Hall (or) Michelle La Hall Violation of a Real-Estate Contract, destroying a house to be bought by her and son. Albuquerque New Mexico

Patricia E (or) A Robertson, also by a alias of:  Michelle L. Black (or) Michelle Hall (or) Michelle La Hall, purchased our home at:  xx Cagua Dr. NE.  Albuqueruque, NM.  87108 under a "Real-Estate Contract".  Within three years of to the maturity of the contract, she violated the contract in various ways, late payments, not complete payments, destroying the interior of the house, and violating city ordiances specified within the contract.

After + one yr. or so into the contract, she did not pay a important utility for water usage.  She and her son ran up a water bill of over $4000 dollars un paid to the city utility company.  They obtained water useage after the utility locked out the water meter and pipe feed, by stealing water thorough the back yard of the above property from a building behind the house.  That water faucet connected to a business and the American Legion was in violation of many things, basically stealing what does not belong to you!

She and her son also destroyed the plumbing in side the house described above.  They made no efort to improve the house or property, and basically has become a garbage dump.

Evidence leans towards the fact, that before she entered into this above Real Estate Contract, she has done this type of scenario before, and will continue to do this other properties, until she is forced out by "eviction", just like pulling teeth!  AWV
