This lady actually told me what she has told everyone else. Pay half upfront and she would send the puppy, then pay the other half latter and get the AKC & birth certificate.
The puppy was 2 months old when we got her, she was skinny could bearely walk and she developed a bad cough and started pooping blood. We have had to take her to the vet 4 times now and she gave the virus to my other cocker spaniel dog and now he's going to the vet.
She told us that she was having a special sale on puppies cause she was going on a trip to Florida and that they were half off and to contact her a couple of days after i got the puppy cause she would be in vacations.
I should have researched before but i didn't, i wish i had. We reported her to the animal cruelty in Wisconsin they advised me that SHE HAS DONE THIS MANY TIMES. That they have piles of reports agains her. HOpe you have more luck.
