Judge Patrick Dugan acquitted corrupt Philadelphia cop Jonathan Josey of assaulting Aida Guzman, despite the existence of a viral video which proves Josey's guilt! Dugan's wife is a Philadelphia police officer, a blatant conflict of interest. Also, Philadelphia's disreputable police union endorsed Dugan. Josey is the recipient of many prior citizen complaints for felonies like robbery, extortion, aggravated perjury, aggravated assault, and even murder (Josey fatally shot a possibly innocent man in the back!) It is for these reasons I believe that Judge Patrick F. Dugan is inept and dishonest.
