Patriot Properties, Inc. ***Renter Beware WORST Management Company ever encountered in 15 years*** Internet, Virginia

  In over 15 years of renting, I have never seen a worse management company, they were non-responsive to tenants and overcharged for services, my renters left after the 1st year due to the rude behavior of the office staff and inspectors. They blamed it on the tenants, but after 3 years and 3 tenants, I began to be suspicious.  Each of the tenants had great credit ratings, yet they were leaving. I had great renters that were improving the home and this "brilliant" management company chased them off to make more money from myself and my past renters. I may have to deal with legal proceedings instead of retaining good renters. 

  This business (if you can call it that) is made up of ex-realtors that couldn't make it in the market and are doing anything to make a buck, they only represent themselves. They even charged my tenants over $700.00 from their security deposit to re-paint my 900 sq ft condo and all I got were a few touchups, they obviously pocketed the rest, not to mention I got a letter from a lawyer taking me to small claims court over it.  

  Do not hire these people, you WILL regret it. I know I do. I am taking my business elsewhere and I can only hope they go out of business soon. What they are doing is highly UNAmerican contrary to their names they are some of the most UN-patriotic people I know.
