I ordered a specific NFL player shirt from this company.  I got a confirmation of my order, but when no shipment was received (they had stated that shipment would be within 3-5 days), I checked my credit card to find that it had been billed on the day I ordered it.  I sent three emails to the address provided on the website and received no answer, so I contacted my credit card to file a dispute of the charge.  I then found out that the company was in China.  Two and a half weeks after filing the dispute, I received notice from someone who could barely write in English ("we have sent your order yet") that the order had shipped and it did finally arrive, but I don't believe that I ever would have received it if I had not filed the charge dispute on my credit card.

I will never order from a company who doesn't publish a phone number on their website (my big mistake), but I want to warn others not to deal with this particular company.
