Pats Liquor Orlando Scam, Rip Off, Fraud, Cheap, Chargeback, Racist oviedo Florida

We recommend not doing business with Pats Liquor in Orlando. They are a liquor store in Orlando near UCF. Pats Liquor Orlando has unpaid money they owe us, and they do chargebacks against people they've known for years. We believe Pats Liquor takes advantage of people and will immediately try to scam you. This store and liquor license is owned by  Meechal  "Mitch" Patel Father Kirti Patel, but Mitch runs the day to day. Mitch acting on behalf of Pats Liquor, did what we believe to be a fraudulent chargeback and ruined our relationship with our merchant account. Why? In November, Mitch gave us a scope of work for a new wine club website. From what he emailed we quoted $600. We completed it. Upon completion, Mitch then decided he wanted a mobile phone view similar to www.Caskers.com and we explained this might be difficult. That site is a multi-million dollar company based in New York with a lot of money spent on their website. We explained that matching that mobile view would be difficult. Mitch Patel wrote back that he actually knows caskers web designers and that caskers is HIS biggest client - Here is the email correspondence to Mitch below, and his reply for you to interpret yourself:

So, this company based in New York is his biggest client? And, he wants it to be a "National Site" but his own PatsLiquorOrlando.com domain has Orlando in the URL? And if he knows them so well and his biggest clients, why didn't he have them make his website? Upon more personal attacks from Mitch, the lines of communication broke down.

This is not the first scuffle with websites for Mitch Patel, and Pats Liquor. They had a former employee who took theoriginal domain from Pats Liquor. Mitch acting as Pats Liquor, allegedly screwed this guy over as well, and he kept the domain as payback. We don't blame him now after seeing how Pats Liquor Orlando treated us after so long. After theoriginal Pats Liquor domain was taken, we helped them acquire the PatsLiquorOrlando.com domain, rank it, and for the next 6 years it was #1 on google for Orlando Liquor Store searches. Any SEO company would charge hundreds a month to outrank ABC Liquor, Total Wine and such. Pats Liquor Orlando got this SEO treatment free for 6 years. So, it was very surprising when Pats Liquor argued with us over $600, and eventually did a fraudulent chargeback in our opinion. For this reason, we recommend staying far away from Pats Liquor in Orlando and NOT DOING BUSINESS WITH PATS LIQUOR ORLANDO / SANFORD or ORLANDO WEDDING SUPPLY or any business that involves Meechal "MITCH" Patel. 

And speaking of Orlando Wedding Supply, we came up with the domain idea for OrlandoWeddingSupply.com and told them to acquire the domain. We built it out free of charge with a promise of a percentage of sales. The site has closed sales, and received over 100+ leads in 2016, and we never received a penny. Not even a thank you. A free 6 pack. Nothing. Just a $600 chargeback, lost friend and lesson learned.
