I got a hold of Paul Darby when I dialed the number for Customer Service on His Net Millionaires Club web site. Paul answered the phone and we had a conversation about what his services could do for our company's services and business opportunity (Paxeonllc.com). Paul looked at our site, complimented it and said he had friends who made obscene amounts of money by offering a similar service with his program and that it would be a good fit.

Paul said if I would join his program for $33.50, he would have his programmers create a $700 splash page for us and our Reps to use and would not charge anything else, as he considered it a 'joint venture', because our Reps would use the services as well, generating more income for him.

I thanked him, hung up and attempted to join, but for over 30 minutes, it would not process the transaction...or so I thought. Once the system finally told me I was a member, I attempted to enter the site, but was blocked. I also saw that the system charged me twice although I did NOT hit the pay button twice.

I called Paul a second time and, again he answered right away. I told him the situation. He said he would figure out what went wrong and email me in 5 minutes. Long story short, I never got an email and tried to call him at least 10 times over a 4-5 hour period. (Keep in mind, this is the telephone # listed on his Net Millionaire's Club Site which is supposed to be the number that ANY prospect can call and have the service 'Sold' by a Customer Service Rep. It's used as a big selling point on that site and is shown several times with a big, yellow flashing button ...)

Anyway, once I finally got through to him, I told him I never received his email and said it was a bit 'fishy' that no one was there to answer the phone to 'sell' the service. He actually got angry (and loud) with me and tried to make it sound like I had done something wrong by suggesting that it was 'fishy'. He immediately stated that he 'wouldn't be spoken to like that and that he would rather refund my 2nd payment as well and not do business with me. I told him that my 1st payment hadn't even been refunded and he got angry again, saying, 'oh, and I suppose that means I didn't do that, either, like I said I would...!'

Anyway, Paul hung up on me and I got an email, 2 minutes later full of the following bogus excuses:

**************************

Upon reflection of our conversation, if you don't mind
I would prefer to refund your money for your purchase
and not proceed...

Here's why... you don't have any internet marketing skill to speak of, and having the ISM system will not help you market, nor will paying $19.74 a month, nor will having a splash page on the front end of an ISM system...

If you had an internet opportunity, this would make much
more sense...

But as you are not in the position to drive thousands of
interested prospects to the ISM instance and since you
are not really able to set this up to be attractive to internet marketers, I don't think the system is going to provide you any service other than being billed every month.

I have refunded your purchase price and thank you, but
again would prefer to only charge when I can offer a
benefit...
***********************

Firstly, this email is so full of nonsense and lies, it's ridiculous. I HAVE marketed on the Internet, many times and DO have a viable Internet opportunity that has been created SPECIFICALLY to offer on the Internet. Anyone can see the site at www.paxeonllc.com and realize it is as good if not better than any other opportunity that could use Darby's system.

Secondly, BEFORE he emailed me this letter he not only viewed our site, he plugged it into his ISM system to show me how it would look/work. Besides offering to charge me $2,000 for an hour of Internet Consulting, he spent about 20 minutes explaining it to me and how it would greatly benefit our company. The next thing I know, when asking for a refund, he's nowhere to be found. It is now about 6.5 hours after the fact and still...no refund.

It's apparent that Darby is running some kind of a scam. What put more salt in the wound was the fact that he actually tried to blame his decision to 'not do business with us', on me. That's a sure sign of a scam artist. They not only hurt you, they make you feel like you deserved it. Had I not dealt with many people like this when I formerly worked as a counselor, I might have walked away from this situation actually feeling guilty.

We'll see if the refund comes, but I'm not holding my breath. But I hope that he does not think for a minute we will not pursue it if he tries to keep our money. We've dealt with these kinds of situations before.

Stay away from this man and his company. He is condescending and rude, and IMHO very dishonest. After my experience, I must say that Paul Darby's system has SCAM written all over it.
