paul davis restoration dupage Do not use Dishonest unethical Naperville, Illinois
*REBUTTAL Owner of company: Paul Davis Restoration
Please do not do any work with Paul Davis Restoration of DuPage County. People are dishonest and all about getting money. Three sub contractors worked on my small basement on water mitigation for six hours and I got a bill for $ 5K. Insurance estimated the cost to be only $ 1,700 and I checked with other contractors and they agreed it should cost below $2,000. Paul Davis removed my vinyl and rubber floor to make money. Per my insurance adjuster and contractors replacing my floor, Paul Davis should have not removed my floor. Any victims please report to State Attorney Generals office Consumer Protection Division.

We do not recognize the name in this blog and have no record of this person, however, we remember one customer that would fit this description. This insurer was inadequately insured. The assigned adjuster per company policy does not write an estimate beyond the insurers cap. We charged correctly and were there a reasonable amount of time. His rubber matt in question needed to be removed. It was a class III cat III loss. We followed IICRC guidelines. He had several inches of muck in his basement. If it was not removed he would certainly have mold issues.
