We purchased a rv from paul evert show held in scheels parking lot located in sparks,nv on 9-4-2015 (brand new). It has been in for repairs 4 different times now,has 32 repair issues including water damage to main floor of coach.

It was dropped off in bullhead city and has been there since March 2nd.  We have tried calling them to find out what is going on and never get a call back. Spoke to Jack Simon on 4-6-2016 he said he would call the factory (monaco) and get back to us in a couple of days, still haven't heard from him.

We are very disappointed they don't provide a level of 5 star service and the workmanship on this coach less than what they claim to provide. Upon dealing with Monaco factory directly and the rv dealership and all representatives this has been by far the worst business practices I have ever dealt with.

I wouldn't wish this on my worst enemy. We want our money back does anyone have any advise or can help us threw this buyer beware issue!
