We sold him (orientexpress4422) a cast cutter on ebay for $320.00. Less than 10 days after he paid, he claimed the item did not arrive and wanted his money back. He sent us very aggressive emails for several days, even threatening to call the police where I live. He did not give us time to investigate the matter and told us several things about the package that he would only know if he had received it. The post office said that there is no way the package would have gotten lost, it was to big for that. So he filed a report with Paypal claiming he didn't get his package. He got our cast cutter and he got all of his money back. After he got all that he sent us an email of these; "hahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha" how mature is that, and he said that I was the unprofessional one! Be cautious, this guy is nasty, do not do business with him!

Whenever you ship an item, you should always use delivery confirmation. If you use online labels, it costs only 18 cents but it is 75 cents if you buy from the Post Office.
If you use Delivery Confirmation and it shows the buyer received an item, you will win any Item Not Received disputes filed against you.

It's never good to get ripped off.
I would suggest that in the future, you insure the packages you send out so that this doesn't happen again.
