Just 2 weeks from when I bought a car in nov. 2007 they send a property execution formy car,with white out and took it. I made a payment of $850 plus towing fees to get my car. Pulled up credit report and it said that account was closed and paid satisfactory ending 765$. Recently before the holidays in 2010, they sent another execution and took the same car again. This time they said I owe them $3,500 because the account gained interestAND that they never took the vehicle in 2007 so they haven't recieved any payment on the account. To get my car back, again, I had to pay $750 whatI saved beforechristmas.Its been a month and no letters, or recieptfrom the company about the account.Back in sept. they sent one letter after I called them and requested to verify the account. Seeing that they took apontiac grand prix beforeI had to leave the state in 2003. That must of closed the account, and the fact that loan wasin 2 persons. This time the debt is no longer on my credit report and the execution they had to take my car again had white out again on the date. They arenothing buthigh level thieves that gets help from authourities.What bothered me the most, no lettersor warnings,no papers of verification, no recordsof payments or debt, and then tofile aproperty excecutionfor a vehicle purchased after2 weeks isB S. Then employees at sheriff office saying, yeahh its paid.. but you still have to pay to get your property back, and the lady at paul j hooten saying .. We can take 100 monthly.
