On Mar. 29th, 2009, I contracted with Mr. Paul Jeddis a.k.a James Mariany for website data download and design services that he was to complete in 48 hrs.. He asked for 50% up front, and I paid him via Paypal.
Mr. Mariany led me to believe over the course of 7 days that he was nearing completion of the project and that he was going to send me a website with the data uploaded that I requested. He also agreed to send me the design changes to the site. Mr. Mariany never delivered on any of the services..
After the 6th day of emailing back and forth, and due to his fraudulent practices, and lack of delivery on the services that he promised, I have disputed the paypal transaction. I am also taking the additional steps of providing info. to Craigslist, and Paypal about his fraudulent practices.
