Paul Marks Contractor Contractor Theft of Service Chicago IL,

I hired Paul Marks from his ad on Craigslist to build me a concrete porch. and to build me a concrete walkway and carport. He had a crew show up and they ripped out my original front porch. They also framed the dirt in my back yard to show where they were allegedly going to pour the walkway. It turns out he hired another contractor to show up and pretended they were his workers.

He took 4000 dollars from me and never showed back up and the contractors he hired also came to my house looking for information about him and he never paid them and made them work for free. Stay away from Paul Marks and his brother who came the following day to give me a very low price which it turns out was a total scam!!
