Paul Miller BMW Body Shop Paul Miller BMW Too much drama at the bodyshop... Pompton Lakes, New Jersey

My BMW has been in the shop for at least a month.  I visited the shop the other day to find absolutely NO WORK has been done on my BMW with no parts ordered.  I called my insurance company and they could not come to an "agreed price".  Apparently, Paul Miller was trying to sponge as much as they can from the insurance company and would not budge in the negotiations...at all.  Thats great for Paul Miller,  but what about me the customer.  Is the customer first at Paul Miller or does Paul Miller's bottomline come first?

I did take pictures of the car and the insurance company's estimate to a few other shops who laughed. They said they would not only fix the car for that amount, but give me a free rental.  I tried to address the issues with Paul Miller BMW in-person, but the office staff didnt seem to care.  Each time I have visited the shop I was made to wait.  No one was ever at the office.  Then when someone was there it appeared they had been drinking.  I am all for having a good time, but getting intoxicated on the job and especially with my BMW is AWFUL.  BTW, I do have pictures of the empty Bud light cans on the desk that I can post up.  I have never been to a dealership where alcohol is openly consumed.  The least they can do is do that in the break-room away from the customers.  

NEVER AGAIN WILL I BE A CUSTOMER OF PAUL MILLER BMW BECAUSE OF THE BODYSHOP EXPERIENCE.  FROM  NOW ON, I AM UTILIZING RAY CATENA WHERE THE CUSTOMER COMES FIRST!!!
