Car needed an alignment, we brought it to BMW, they called back saying the front end was shot, and it would cost over $5,000 to replace, and maybe ore if that didnt fix the problem. We took the car to a local shop for a second opinion. Got the alignment for 99.00, and the car drove wonderfully for the next 3 years until we traded it in to BMW for another BMW at a different dealership.
