Paul Miller and Miller House Moving or Miller House Movers has been in the business of house moving (or scamming people their money) for over 10 years. The company's president is Virginia Miller and he is helped by his long time girlfriend, Mary Trevino.
He is really good at what he does the scamming part, that is. Ive heard hes not bad at actually moving houses, but unfortunately, the move hardly ever happens or if it does, he leaves the house in a location other than what he has contracted to do. He first convinces the other party to pay him half or more of the total price of the move (NEVER PAY UP FRONT WITHOUT CONSULTING FOR LEGAL HELP!!!) signing a contract that is barely legible and literate. He has "sold" people houses that weren't his to sell. He is a con-man.
Paul Miller has a record of aggravated assault, theft, drugs, and Ive heard he has been implicated in homicide. He has even tried to break our of jail. To my knowledge, Paul Miller currently has hundreds of thousands of dollars in law suits pending, over 20 criminal indictments, and several warrants out for his arrest in Central Texas (who knows where else). He doesnt even have a valid drivers license! How is this man still scamming people out of their money?? He has to be stopped. The Sheriff's/DA's office has been trying to stop him for some time now. Something is awry in the legal system.
He has scammed the elderly, the rich, the poor... even a used car salesman, I'm told! Anyone who has the misfortune of dialing his number when looking for a structural moving company.
