Paul Rubio is a great talker, and if you watch his eyes when he speaks to you, he is measuring you up as he is methodically talking to you. He waits to see you get interested and he uses this as his measuring stick in deciding when to reel you in. This is a voice to all the communities in Los Angeles, Orange County, and anywhere else he may have ingratiated his way. Yes, he is great at getting himself into high-level events He is a swindler that has been able to get himself alongside many nameworthy people.

Much like Russel King, he uses this as the bait, like he did with me, then he strikes after he measures up your finances and gets your check, or wire transfer, in my case it was a wire transfer that was too late to report to my bank because it was alreay cleared. He did it through a company he no longer operates that is not officialy registered and never truly was--I should have checked and known better. Rubio Aviation. He has this poor 20-something year old southeast-asian boy named Stefan Wanigatunga drive him around and he uses him often as his patsy/fallout boy/frontman. He uses fake addresses, that are certain not to have him as a tenant, Yes I checked, again after it was too late.  Pbcenters, the lessee of the 11th floor does not list Paul Rubio or any of his fake companies as a tenant. Regus, the lessee of the 9th floor in NYC also does not list Paul Rubio or any of his fake companies as a tenant.
