What a CROCK OF S*!!
You never paid for anything beyond the deposit. We did excellent work. Then you start calling and expecting us to correct work issues. But never have the time to point out the issues you were having. After 4-5 visits to your house to resolve the issues and finding nothing wrong with our work we quit taking your calls.
To make the remark that you might have to assert claims to the BBB are ludicrous. One such example is in your photo of the F-Rating at the BBB. That's not BrickMagic at all. Secondly the claim that we are overpriced is your opinion. It is predicated on no reasonable value of masonry repair. To say that I grab prices from the air ..wow!
I have since 1997 based my prices on how much it will costs me to initiate advertising, supply a free estimate, supply labor and materials, and still produce a profit. I can tell you that there is not much profit in repairing your brick for the deposit either.
I regret having ever taken your job. There should be a Bad Customer Bureau. For one if there were I would have reported you. You are the reason good customers pay such high prices and that's no lie. In addition, telling me in an email that to amend you reports against me I have to attend church with you is a f****** extreme that no true Christian would attempt. That is low low low ..and you are a hack! I hope your actions catch up to you! I hope you find that while you may still have your computer and might still post Slanderous statements that you are a small little INAEGNIFICANT MAN f*with good people.
I hope your wife leaves you and takes your kids.
Is this to much? Cause I think what you have done is too!

I find your post to be too d**n funny! It does my heart some good to see someone fight back against the idi0cy of web posting. About time someone who runs a business stands up and tells it like it is. I know thats hard sometimes because you never want to lose a customer, but sometimes you have to speak out.
As for you TELLING RoR to not post about you, thats not going to work. They follow the US Constitution and allow EVERYONE to post THEIR complaint. To demand that they remove a post because you dont agree with it is rediculous. EVERYONE including you has the right to say as they wish. Its unfortunate that the normal consumer either CANNOT tell the whole truth or WILL NOT. So any complaint has to be taken worth a grain of salt. Most times however there is no ripoff or scam and its just the consumer complaining to complain in order to get something for nothing. Or they are confused and dont have any idea as to whatthey are calling a ripoff or scam due to their own ignorance. Many times its because the consumer FEELS they have been ripped off even when they have not or they have agreed to it but never understood or read what they have agreed to. Point is, you wont have ANY luck sueing RoR.
They do provide a valuable service but its unfortunate that the consumer either cannot or will not use the site as it is ACTUALLY intended. If they did, then issues such as the one you are currently handeling would NEVER show up. They do not remove reports, and you cant pay them to do so. The web is considered a MEDIA OUTLET and as such RoR has some protections against you "Lawyering up".
Good Luck in your battle though, keep fighting the stupidity of the consumer. I hope you escalate this at each opportunity that this individual does and put them in their place each time.
