Interesting, you falsely said NO breeder would allow anyone to switch to another dog, yet suggested I would be allowed to someone else! How can that be?

YOU LIE! You misrepresented the dog you sold me... that's why we will see you in small claims court, LYNDA!

Unlike you, I have never breed any animal. Until recently, the ONLY dog I have had for the last 7 years has been neutered since he was 6 months old!

I have not been a breeder for 10 years. Get your facts straight. You got that from the breeder who entered the initial rebuttal on my behalf.

The ONLY dog I have EVER sold is the scroungy looking (over 3 pound) thing you sent me. The people I sold him to wanted to know why I sold him for a loss of $1000... I explained he was not what I paid for. I told them I bought a very tiny male (to arrive by my son's birthday) to consider breeding to my new female puppy next year, and that he weighed way more than I was led to believe he would. I explained that his size at 16 weeks when he arrived was too big for my female, who was expected to remain tiny. I explained to them I was told he should remain under 3 pounds, but less than 3 weeks later, he was already over 3 pounds, and was simply too big for my female. I also told them he is not a $1500 dog. I had sent his pictures to breeders all over the country to verify this. Finally, that in good conscience I would not sell him for $1500 and rip them off like I was taken.

As for my selling a sick animal... Lynda, you assured me he wasn't sick, and had recovered from his worms... remember... that is why you kept him so long, for his treatment - RIGHT? You weren't just trying to find a similar looking dog (NOT EVEN CLOSE), who wasn't even close to the same weight were you?

And you have THOUSANDS of happy families who have bought from you? WOW! You MUST really be a puppymill!

Please do send me your attorney's name, address, and phone number. ONLY, be sure now that it's a REAL person so the court I'm filing with in Utah will have his/her correct information. (He was going to be named "Tuck's Tinker Toy" but we are concerned about naming him a name too close to our already named "Tuck's Tink Her Belle" as it might confuse them when we call. She is our tiny female who's collar bells "tink" as she prances around.

****The Police Report? There is not one! It is a CALL FOR SERVICE ... I have a copy of it and here is what it reads ...

On 07/30/06 at 1947 hrs I met Paula Tuck at the police department in regards to her having paid for a dog over the internet. Ms. Tuck had not received the dog and was wanting to file a fraud report. I explained to MS. TUCK THAT HER SITUATION WITH THE BREEDER WAS CIVIL IN NATURE AND THAT SHE WOULD NEED TO FILE WITH THE SMALL CLAIMS COURT IN ORDER TO RESOLVE THE SITUATION. NOTHING further!

** WAIT ..didn't PAULA send emails confirming she was PLEASED the breeder did not ship the puppy? YES PAULA TOLD HER TO WAIT if the puppy was not better! Paula knew the puppy was under the Vet's care, the medicine he was taking, for how long, when it was given and for how long it should have been given, etc. The Breeder told her she would update her as necessary. Why did the Breeder have to continue to WRITE AN EMAIL with the SAME INFORMATION? PAULA KNEW EXACTLY what was going on with her new puppy!

****** Now PAULA told us that she filed a POLICE REPORT and this OFFICER (her reltive) was going to do something to the Breeder .. now that is JUST A LIE and Paula knows it. The REPORT is not even a real report but the Police Department has to record every complaint and account for an Officer's time.

Like I have SAID .. only one other buyer REALLY did buy one out from another person and the ONLY reason the buyer let her get the girl was the girl puppy was smaller than she thought and she wanted something a little bigger for her son than this girl. Both parties ended really happy and they both got what they wanted.

We will not be available for the next 24 hours. Our computers are being upgraded. Here are the only puppies we have listed for sale and some have not been filmed yet. The blue boy we will consider taking a little less and we can film him later with updated pictures. What do you have in mind? Think about it and write us back and we will give it consideration and let you know tomorrow.

My summary of this scenario ? as a total innocent and unrelated party to the Breeder and buyer.

Paula, You have tried SO HARD to correct a mistake you made and have to blame someone for it. If you have been breeding for 10 years why don't you TELL ANYONE? Why do you lie and say you are buying puppies for a present for your son? If you were SO INNOCENT, you would not have to lie about a purchase! You mean to tell me that if you SOLD a puppy, then you saw a worm in its stool; You would go ahead and ship it ANYWAY? You would ship a buyer a puppy that needed treatment? You are mad this puppy had a worm and this Breeder cared for it at her expense? Moreover, you tell the WORLD she is bad because she did the right thing? You are the one who is wrong completely. You should always expect a delay when dealing with such small and young aged puppies. Anyone knows the risks of adopting a puppy! And, shipping one should be old enough and having no signs of anything. You were MAD SHE DID NOT SHIP HIM RIGHT AWAY? The Vet stated the puppy was healthy even when dealing with the "one" worm. You are not a responsible Breeder, dog buyer and you would not act responsibility then? If the puppy was under 6 months then YOU KNEW FULL WELL it could still grow and add weight! You took the RISK. You can go to the store and buy an outfit and if you do not like it you can take it home but NOT A LIVE ANIMAL! You picked it and bought it and had it shipped SO you have to deal with it! Just what did this Breeder do that was so wrong? Allowed you to buy a puppy that clearly stated on the puppyfind.com AD .. As of 6/30/2006, this puppy weighed 1.3 pounds! It did not say this PICTURE is updated as of the day you found it! It had been listed weeks earlier. It did not say this picture is EXACTLY the way the puppy looked weeks later when you CONTACTED THEM TO BUY him. The picture you saw was prior to your inquiry date of weeks later AND YOU KNOW IT! HOWEVER, ?YOU? assumed he looked the same! Now, how is it this Breeder's fault? Did you ASK for updated pictures? NO ? weeks later, you asked but you had ALREADY PAID and then you regretted it! How is this the Breeder's FAULT?

Again, NOTHING you have said to anyone with any intelligence would agree with you! This Breeder and all of her family that breeds have been breeding for over 30 years! They have made thousands of families happy all over the world! I have read MANY emails and contacted several. There are some 3500 listings of Chihuahua puppies just on Puppyfind alone and there are prices and ?reference names? all over the place. Many Breeders CALL tiny or small Chihuahua's TEA CUPS! Go look yourself! REAL BREEDERS of Chihuahua's call their puppies TCups all day long. They also charge anywhere from $2000 to $12,000 for TINY, RARE colored puppies! The ?Tinkerbell line? is quite expensive too! Some of you who CLAIM you know all about this breed seem to know VERY LITTLE! Go do your own research. The reference and or WORD TEA CUP or TCUP is simply to try to describe the size .. Nothing more! Does Micro tiny help? Does tiny, tiny, tiny help? Does Tcup help? WHATEVER works in trying to state the size is all that matters!

This Breeder and this family of breeders charge from $650 to $5000. It is all based on SIZE, COLOR, COAT, SEX, PEDIGREE ,,, as with most any breeder. If a BREEDER only charges X then they are CLEARLY stating they believe their ?puppy? is only worth X! You get what you pay for .. just that simple! A Toyota or a Mercedes?

The Police have NO REPORT of anything! That was a lie Paula! A call was made by you to report an alleged crime but the Police said there was NO CRIME! You may have called them and tried to get your relative to scare this Breeder but she IMMEDIATELY called and was told this is a Civil matter and it was always a civil matter! There was no crime committed so you should STOP ALLEGING there was! But it does help support their case of slander against you.

Now, regarding slander ? oh yes in deed this is a slam-dunk case! When you LIST LIES about a person or company that never transacted ANY business with you and publish it ? then absolutely you are held accountable and if slanderous then you will be sued no doubt about it! An attorney would jump all over this to get to you! You have published things that do not pertain to this company at all and therefore it is libel and you can be prosecuted for damages! Like I have said .. I have read every SINGLE part of this and consulted with the Breeder and there is just nothing you can hold them accountable for at all! If you had purchased through EBay would you tell everyone that Seller was wrong too? I mean you picked out the puppy, you never asked ANY questions except where do I pay, then when the Breeder was being responsible and insuring you received a healthy puppy then she did do the right thing be NOT sending him right away! I have personally spoken to her VET and he supports 3 Vet visits for this puppy and he deemed him healthy every visit except for a common health issue .. A WORM .... common to all puppies are tapeworms, hookworms and roundworms .. all puppies are subject to getting them and a simple worming medicine is given as with any animal .. Just very routine and this Breeder did the right thing by caring for the puppy and insuring you received a healthy puppy .. Would you do the same thing if someone bought from you?

You picked a puppy, you bought it and then you hated the puppy's look and size. Is there any Professional Breeder ANYWHERE who allows ?.

1. A deposit to be refunded? NO.
2. Is there any Breeder who, once paid, let's you change your mind? NO.
3. Is there any Breeder who allows a buyer to move a deposit or payment to another puppy? NO.
4. Is there any Breeder who ships a puppy then let's you return it? NO
5. Does a responsible Breeder delay a shipment if a puppy HAS ANY SIGN of any kind of illness or health issue? YES!
6. Should the Breeder care for the puppy until it is well? YES!

They use two different company names: GloLittleAngels.com & Chihuahua Depot, Inc. She scammed ME out of $1500. She, or her cohorts (they work out of 5 different states!) made a false report under my name to retialiate after we reported her/them to the authorities.

To clear my name, please read the FACTS, including PROFESSIONAL AKC BREEDER evaluations of the dog pictures (I am taking her to small claims court, and am seeking an attorney to handle the slander portion):

On approximately 7/16/06 (possibly 7/15/06 as it was the middle of the night), I responded to an ad on puppyfind.com (through their site, not my isp) for a male long hair "TCUP" chihuahua puppy that said his age was 8 weeks. I received an email back from Lynda Snelgrove at 8:35pm saying that he was ready to be shipped or picked up, and that his picture was current. Her first email response back was:

Shipping is an additional $275 which includes new crate, airline cost, health certificate, etc. All the puppies come with blankets, toys, bag of food, starter kit, health & registration papers, warranty, guaranty, is Vet inspected 24 to 48 hours prior to shipping so both sides know the puppy is in excellent health, all of our puppies live in puppy bedrooms where they have the entire room to play .. we do not use crate or kennels. He is charting to remain under 3 pounds. He is small boned and very small structure as you can see in the picture where he fits in one hand.

To hold the puppy we require 1/2 down or payment in full when you are ready to have him shipped .. once the payment is received then we take the puppy to the Vet then make the flight arrangements and the puppy can be shipped within the same week. Payment in full with shipping is due a week prior to the shipment. We only accept cash deposited into our account with Bank of America which can be located in most any city. If you do decide to purchase him then we can provide you our banking information for the payment. We have been selling and breeding only Chi's for over 30 years! If I have left out anything just email us back and I will respond right away. The pictures are current, he is a wonderful playful and very nice and friendly disposition. You should be very pleased with him.

We wired full payment of $1500 for the puppy 7/18/06, directly into the account of M. Barrett, GA routing #061----52, account #00-------278, as Lynda directed me on 7/17/06. I have the receipt from the bank, and her emailed receipt.
Her ad said the puppy was 8 weeks old. He was finally sent 8/5/06 after a recovery from worms, which she avoided giving me the specific type of for over a week! She even sent me an email to update me on his weight at my request, which read as follows:

I continied to email her about the 10 week old puppy and his health. I also asked her to send me current pictures since it had been 2 weeks, and my kids were wanting to see new pictures of what our puppy was looking like. She emailed pictures of a HUGE, different colored chihuahua! She claimed they were the same dog. I began emailing both the original picture of the dog we agreed to purchase, and the new pictures to breeders all over the country. Numerous breeders emailed back saying there was no way the pictures were of the same dog, citing muzzel, hair type, hair color, hair length, ear size differences among others.
I asked Lynda for a refund, and she emailed back that she does not give refunds under any circumstances.
I asked about a puppy health guarantee since he had worms (of an undetermined nature at that time). Lynda said with my kids at home, and other pets, it would be better for the puppy to be treated with her, then shipped the following week. I asked about a refund. She said no again. We were ending our second week of waiting for the puppy at that time.
I brought this to Lynda's attention, and asked if it would even be healthy for the puppy to be shipped, considering the long layovers, and flights. She said he would be fine.
At this time, I decided to contact Lynda's "reviewers" on puppyfind.com. They all happened to be done about the same dates, by only people on aol and yahoo (coincidentally the two services Lynda uses). I heard back from a couple people who amaxingly enough use the same verbage Lynda uses, and who have similar email addresses. (I still have these emails).
Then, Lynda emailed me and chastized me for having the nerve to email her reviewers. She was VERY angry and threatened me with a law suit and defamation of character. I told her it had to be false to defame her.
Things escalated, and I tried very hard to defuse the situation. She responded back with a very ugly email. I really tried...
She refused to refund us, even when I told her she misrepresented the puppy's age, size, coat, health, and even swapped the puppy (even professional breeders said there was no way it was the same one---see below). She threatened that I'd better be very careful with my accusations. I told her I didn't accuse her of anything I couldn't back up.
Lynda got more and more angry (as seen by her bolded, and colored emails, and her tone-I'll be happy to email these to ANYONE!).
Lynda kept contradicting herself. I even sent her an email telling her she was 6 weeks off the date of her puppy she was selling me. She said we finally agreed - like I was the one misrepresenting the puppy!
Another breeder I made the acquaintance of online a few days after contacting Lynda, became very helpful in advising me what steps to take next after I updated her on what I was experiencing with this breeder Lynda Snelgrove. The breeder advised me to check out rip-off reports.com, and I FOUND LYNDA'S BUSINESS!
I advised Lynda, again asking for a refund, and she refused, getting even uglier in tone with me.
I at that point demanded either the dog we had agreed to purchase or a full refund. When I did not hear from her, I filed a police report, having first given her ample time to respond to the fact that I was going to do it. She never responded until Officer Collings of the Tooele Police Department (numbers provided) called her. He left her a message, which she later returned and misrepresented the facts to his SGT. Wemmer. I was then called and told she would be sending the dog by Officer Collings. He said it was a good idea to call her and try to work out the details.
I called, and she said she was going to sue me for defamation of character and that I was in trouble for filing a false police report. What a crock! She is the crook and liar!
I had brought in at least 3/4 of an inch of supporting emails when I filed my report. I still have it and more!
I received the dog this past Saturday. He is not even close to being the same dog I agreed to purchase. He is no way close to being a $1500 dog! He was over 3 pounds (according to Lynda's own paperwork), and was 16 weeks! Her initial email, just 3 weeks ago, said he was to be less than 3 pounds! She knew she was not telling the truth. The pictures are of different dogs.
There was no way to breed this monstrous dog to my female next year as planned as she is only supposed to reach the 3 pound range herself. Breeding with him could kill her as the puppies would be too big for her to carry. I had explained what I was looking for at length to Lynda before agreeing to buy this dog. She totally misrepresented him, and as far as I am concerned stole my $1500.
I was able to resell the puppy for $500, what he was worth, so my total loss is $1000. Lynda, we'll see you in court if you dare to show up! The fact that you report I made a profit is ludicrous!
This shady breeder and her cohorts do business out of 5 different states: GA, TN, CA, FL, and NC, according to "Chris", who contacted me on her behalf.
There is a woman named Jill in New York, who entered the rip-off report dated 7/10/06 "Chihuahua Depot - Glo Little Angels Chihuahua Lynda Harris" (before I had even wired my money to Lynda) complained of similar circumstances as me, only Lynda used a different last name. I wish I had seen it in time. (Jill, PLEASE contact me!!!)
Jill's report stated: "Lynda Harris is a liar, cheat and crook. She has tried to sell me other breeders puppies, she has lied about the age of pups and size of these pups. The other breeders had no idea she was acting as a broker, they thought she was buying the pup for herself as a pet. I caught her red handed 3 times!!!!! After confronting her she went crazy.. She told me her husband would "come get me", whatever that means ?? I left her a negative review for puppyfind, she found a way to get rid of that, then wrtoe herself about 6 positive reviews ( check out the dates, they are all from the same date or so). Please be careful if you deal with this lady. She only accepts wire transfers or cashiers checks. WATCH OUT.. you have no recourse!!! She will only give you a cell phone and a PO box.. Why is she hidding??
AS a review why not to buy a pup from her, she is a broker. She will tell you she bred the pups, she will tell you her mom, aunt, etc are breeders too... She will search the web for what you are looking for, tell you it is her "moms" or hers or her "aunts", she will tell the realy breeder of the dog it is a puppy for her, she pretends she is a loving woman who wants a chi pup, she will lie about the dogs age by 2 to 4 weeks ( what she did with me) she will lie about pups weight by 1/2 lb ( what she did with me).. And she will charge you triple what she paid for the dog, most her dogs are over 3000.00 !!!!!!!!
Why do you think she doesnt have the pups pictures on her site?? she tells you cause other competiotrs steal her pics LOL LOL LOL LOL LOL LOL.. it is so she cant get caught as easily... the pups she will picture are not hers.. Want proof?/ ask her to take pics of mom, dad and pup with a Marietta news paper behind them... hahhahaaa you will never see that pic!

Additionally, she wrote her own positive reviews... after deleting my review, she entered one in my place (only she confuses my name, and has been calling me "Pam" instead of "Paula"). She deleted my negative review, and wrote a very positive one, only she addressed all the areas I expressed concerns, even using a new email provider - hotmail, because I had said she only used aol and yahoo in her reviews (check out the dates and email addresses if you can get access to them - puppyfind doesn't have her listed anymore after I sent them a complaint on her).
Another lady who had a puppy for sale (a long hair chihuahua), got involved with me once I suspected that Lynda Snelgrove was scamming me. Lynda had my money and the other breeder emailed her pretending to be interested in my same puppy I had already paid $1500 to Lynda for. The other breeder got an email back from Lynda offering to sell her the same dog she had already sold me for $1700, plus shipping. I have copies of all the emails, including this one:

Lynda, I gave you more than ample opportunity to "DO THE RIGHT THING" - - - Do you remember that phrase appearing in more than one email from me to you, Lynda? He tried to say he was not involved with my purchase of a puppy from "Lynda" and that his Chihuahua Depot was going to sue me for defamation. Again, I rely and rest upon the truth.
When I had asked Lynda for a refund, she referenced a puppy purchase agreement I had never heard of or seen. Not being a breeder myself, I did not know to ask about one. Anyway, Lynda took to upon herself to fabricate an email in which she supposedly sent me their puppy purchase agreement. Only, in cutting and pasting, Lynda forgot to make sure the font size, font type, and spacing was all the same! She sent me the following (judge for yourself):

This information is just not true. I know this because I am a breeder that Paula called. We have developed an open and honest relationship in the past few weeks.

She has no intention of selling the dogs she bought, one of mine being one of them. She is beginning a new line of longcoat Chihuahuas of her own and she wants the best!

The chihuahua that she got from GloLittleAngels was very much OVERPRICED for what it was! I have been breeding chihuahuas for 10 years. The ears were huge, the body was not short and cobby as they are to be, his hair was very thin, and he had a case of worms so bad that he couldn't be shipped for days... she thought she was buying a tri-color and he turned out to be a brindle.

About her re-selling him, he was not at all up to AKC standards,(I might add she paid $1500 for this dog) she sold it for $500, and took a $1000 loss, so you decide if she is buying them up and then selling them for a profit???? She decided to sell him to find a more suitable male for her females that she has.

There is not a mean bone in this womans body where her chihuahuas are concerned. I have spent many hours in emails and on the phone with her. She has a splendid plan in motion and the dogs she bought other than this one are gorgeous.

The breeders name is Lynda I think. I don't know who Sue is, but most of her reviews are written by her family members. oh, and as far as lowering the price of the puppy, that never happened. That's a lie. The puppies are NOT resold, she has them at her house right now and I'm sure the police there would be than happy to tell you that.

One more thing, I have been breeding blues for over 6 years and they have 27 champions between the two parents. I sell mine for maybe $900-$1000. She sells her (RARE BLUES) for $4500... Thats crazy and very much taking advantage of the innocent buyer who thinks they are getting a really great dog because they are paying all that money for it.

Thats not true either. This GloLittleAngels is just mad because Paula wanted her money refunded and rightly so if she was so unhappy with the dog, thats what I would do as a breeder... anyway she is trying to make Paula seem like a bad person and she is not. She is twisiting the truth all around. I am prepared to do all I can to help Paula in this matter.
