I responded to an e bay ad for Saab cup holders bought one  paid for it he had 3 more I asked, he agreed to sell them to me , I paid for them , In advance ,advertised them to re-sell , them took orders and then this creep decided he would not ship them to me as I was" going to re-sell them and he wanted to be the only one to sell them "                                                                                                                                         We are in business to sell parts, make $ as is this seller it  ! It is none of his business if I buy from  him and re-sell to whomever I like !       

this seller,psotskov is dishonest, rip off thief ! do not trust him ! he is truly evil and will cheat you! He is a typical Russian/ Ukrainian mobster and will probably threaten me or hurt my family but the world needs to know he will cheat you, not keep his word DO NOT trust him!  The NY attorney general, Better buisiness beauro  is investigating Pavel  Sotskov for fraud as a complaint has been filed, E bay is investigating too!  and could ban him fr selling!                                                                                                                                                           This creep, rip off artist cost me thousands of $ and hurt my business!  Beware! of: Pavel Sotskov aka: psotskov on e bay!
